Task Management & Collaboration Enhancements

The following features make tracking work and collaborating with your team more efficient:

Assign Tasks to Users: Tasks can now be assigned directly to specific team members, clearly defining ownership and streamlining accountability.

“In Progress” Status: We’ve introduced a new, dedicated “In Progress” task status. This status provides greater visibility into actively worked-on items, improving workflow tracking beyond simple “To Do” and “Complete” flags.

Rich Text Task Descriptions: Enhance task clarity using our new Rich Text Editor for task descriptions. You can now use bolding, bullet points, numbering, and links to ensure instructions are clear and easy to follow.

Task Custom Fields: Flexibility is key! Administrators can now define and add Custom Fields to tasks. This allows you to tailor tasks to specific departmental needs, capturing specialized data required for your unique workflows.

Store Distribution Lists: Simplify group communication by creating and storing internal Distribution Lists. Quickly notify entire teams or departments when assigning tasks or making status changes. Distribution lists can now be predefined or created using the import function. Users can simply copy and paste store names or identifiers into the import field, turning a previously complex process into a quick and efficient way to build custom lists.

Task Management Screen Updates: We’ve delivered a full refresh of the main Task Management screen, featuring an improved layout, enhanced filtering options, and faster performance to make your day-to-day work smoother.

Task Deletion: Users with appropriate permissions can now delete tasks permanently, helping to maintain a clean and focused workspace.

Configurable Password Policy: Set requirements for minimum length, character types, and required rotation frequency to strengthen security across your organization.
