Video Overview

This video walks you through the process of building a logical representation of your business in Taskr — from headquarters down to individual workspaces. You’ll learn how to create containers (such as regions or business units) and workspaces, as well as how to activate workspaces so your team members can begin working. The video also includes practical tips on keeping your hierarchy simple and maintainable.

Once your hierarchy is configured, it becomes the backbone of how users interact with Taskr. A user’s position in the hierarchy determines what data they can see — for example, headquarters staff may view everything, while store-level users see only their assigned location. The hierarchy also powers the location selector and report filters, making it easy for users to switch between stores or generate reports for specific parts of the business.
